In an effort to fight the covid-19 outbreak and protect our students, faculty and staff; we will keep our admission season and process virtual, for now. We are hoping to welcome you and your family onsite soon and will keep you posted when possible!


    VIRTUAL INFO SESSIONS

    • Preschool Info Session: Register here for one hour virtual session with Director of Admissions Manon Johnson.

    • TK and Kindergarten Info Session: Register here for one hour virtual session with Director of Admissions Manon Johnson.

    • Grade Grade 6 International Track Info Session: Register here for one hour virtual session with Middle School Head, Richard Lyon and  Director of Admissions, Manon Johnson.

    • Monthly Coffee with the Head: Register here for one hour virtual presentation and discussion with Head of School Dr. Mehdi Lazar, Preschool and Kindergarten Director Magali Noth and, Director of Admissions, Manon Johnson.


    • PRIVATE TOUR ON CAMPUS

    • On campus tour: Register here for 45 min Private Tour on campus with Director of Admissions Manon Johnson.
      COVID-19 restrictions: The private tours are for ONE family and a time and for parents only (no children sorry!). You will need to wear a mask for the entire time on campus (outside and inside classrooms). You will be asked to fill out a health screening form and we will check your temperature upon arrival. Please note that these events are hosted after hours on purpose, for the safety of our students, staff and faculty and sadly you will not be able to see classes in action. These events are reserved for parents interested in admission for the 2021-2022 school year only. Thank you for your understanding!

        what to expect from the admission process

        1. Create your account: Once you fill out the inquiry form, the admission team will connect with you. You will create an account in our password protected parent portal, and you will have access to our application form. 

        2. Fill out your application form

        3. Go through the admission process.

        Depending on the age of your child, the admission process will be different:




            Acceptance

            Acceptance notifications will be sent to parents by email on Thursday, March 11, 2021 (Preschool) and on Thursday, March 18, 2021 (Kindergarten - Grade 8). If accepted into Ecole Bilingue de Berkeley and offered a contract, families must return their electronically signed enrollment agreements along with a10% deposit of the annual tuition, before Thursday March 25th at 10 a.m.
