• Step 2: Schedule a visit

  Discovering our campus and meeting our Admissions Director will be an important step for your family to know more about our program.
  
  Due to Covid-19 crisis, most of our admission events will be hosted virtually this fall. We hope to be able to welcome our prospective families on campus very soon!

• Step 3: Apply online

  Once your inquiry form is submitted, you will receive a log in to access our password-protected application form. The Admissions' Office will contact you within two business days to let you know about a few important steps to complete your application process. Families applying for financial aid can start the process shortly after submitting the application form.
  Note that the early bird non-refundable application fee is now $80 until January 2022. Starting in February 2022, the non-refundable application fee will be $120.

• Step 4: ACCEPTANCE AND ENROLLMENT

  Acceptance notifications will be sent to parents by email on Thursday March 10, 2022 (Preschool) and on Thursday March 17, 2021 (Kindergarten - Grade 8). To finalise enrollment, once accepted at Ecole Bilingue de Berkeley, families must return their electronically signed enrollment agreements along with a 10% deposit of the annual tuition; before Thursday March 24th at 10 a.m.
