Being creative will no doubt be one of the most highly-valued skills in the future. Creativity, as well as thinking out of the box, is not only a talent, it’s a skill that can be taught. Our first STEAM event on April 9 at the Lower School embraced this concept.

Throughout the different workshops, our students were able to develop their creativity and learn about electricity, molecular cooking, holographic arts, math and robotics. These workshops were a great way to highlight our STEAM curriculum, as we strengthen it going forward.

Our STEAM curriculum focuses on solving real life problems by using the different knowledge from these various subjects. Designing and engineering, using a technological tool and coding robots are hands-on activities that develop student engagement and cross-subject skills.
