First Friday Coffees
First Friday of every month
Join fellow parents, PA members, and administrators for a casual morning gathering with coffee and pastries the first Friday of every month (see calendar for exceptions). Get to know your EB community in a relaxed and fun way!
Sunday, September 30, 2018, 11am-3pm
World Celebrations is a beautiful display of the numerous diverse cultures we have at EB—at last count, there were 60 nationalities represented in the school community—and how much we value each of them. Parents prepare a dish from their culture, and the result is an astonishing mix of foods from around the world. The combination of delicious food and a joyous community atmosphere make this a not-to-be-missed event.
Festival of Lights
December 17-21, 2018
During this week-long event, we celebrate the diverse customs and traditions of our EB families surrounding the holidays. Activities will take place all week, both inside the classroom and with the general community at large, culminating in a show put on by our students.

After a rousing success last year, this new fundraiser gets the kids involved at every grade level and promotes a healthy lifestyle for our students and families. Parents can cheer on their children as they run/walk/skip/jump their way around the course!
Saturday, April 6, 2019
Join us at the Claremont Country Club in Rockridge for an evening of dinner, dancing, and enthusiastic bidding at EB’s annual Gala, the school’s second largest fundraising event and most fun evening out!
La Place du Marché
Sunday, May 19, 2019, 11am-4pm
La Place du Marché is both a community-building event and a fundraiser where the school is transformed into a French marketplace with live music, games, vendors, and great food! A great way to see the entire community coming together for a day of fun!
If you have any questions about these events or want to get involved, please contact Mei-Lin Ha Byers, Associate Director of Development and Alumni Relations, at email@example.com. For volunteering, contact the Parents’ Association (firstname.lastname@example.org) or sign up on the PA website.
