2008–2009 Directory

As part of our efforts to reduce our use of paper and provide parents with more up-to date information, we have transitioned to a pdf format for the directory. To help protect the security of your information, the pdf is password-protected. It is also formatted so that information cannot be copy-pasted.

New parents receive paper copies of the Directory, and a limited number of additional paper copies are available at the Lower School reception desk.

Instructions for Download:

1. By entering the requested information below, you are agreeing to the terms of use.

2. You will be prompted to enter a username and password. The username is the same as for the rest of the EB web site. If you do not know the password, please contact Jennifer Monahan.

3. To use the directory, open it with Adobe Reader and type the name that you wish to look up in the "Search" field at the top left of the window. Please note that the directory is searchable only with Adobe Reader or Acrobat; it is not searchable with Preview or other applications.

Ecole Bilingue de Berkeley (SCHOOL) has prepared a directory for its community (EB-Community Directory) to communicate with each other that is available through the SCHOOL’s website. It is the SCHOOL’s policy to maintain an environment that promotes ethical and responsible conduct in all online activities. All registered users assume personal responsibility for appropriate use of the Directory.

EB-Community User Rights and Responsibilities

As a member of SCHOOL and a user of the EB-Community Directory, you have certain rights and responsibilities, including the responsibility to respect the rights and privacy of other users, the intended use of resources, and the security and integrity of the website. SCHOOL expects its members who access the EB-Community Directory to demonstrate the same level of respect for others in this forum as in any other EB-Community venue (such as at a reunion event).

Unacceptable Use

It is unacceptable to use the EB-Community Directory for commercial or for-profit purposes; for activities considered illegal or fraudulent; to inaccurately imply endorsement, approval, or sponsorship by SCHOOL; to send communications that can be confused with official communications of SCHOOL; for mass mailings or spamming; for hate mail, harassment, discriminatory remarks, or other anti-social activities; for the intentional seeking of information on other users; for the copying or modifying of files, data, or passwords belonging to other users; to violate copyright laws; for the misrepresentation of other users; and in any way deemed inconsistent with the goals and mission of SCHOOL. Improper use of the SCHOOL EB-Community Directory may subject a user to personal civil and/or criminal liability.

Implied Consent

Individuals with access to the EB-Community Directory are responsible for its appropriate use and by their use agree to comply with all applicable SCHOOL policies and regulations, including this Terms of Use agreement.

Agreement
